About Chief Editor – Mr. Justin Jung

Mr. Justin Jung, a duly licensed Korean attorney at Chung & Partners and the chief editor of this website, has been practicing law since 2003.  He received his B.A. in law(LL.B.) from Seoul National University (College of Law) and graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of Supreme Court of South Korea.  He also studied U.S. laws at University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law(LL.M).  Prior to joining Chung & Partners, he worked as an attorney at Hwang Mok Park. P.C, one of the prestigious law firms in Korea.  He has worked in diverse fields, with special emphasis on corporate, financing and IP business.  Justin Jung also has extensive experience in advising and representing non-Korean clients on various issues involving Korean law such as international transaction, Intellectual Property/Entertainment law, foreign investment, corporate, labor, family law and related civil/criminal litigations.

He is currently a member of the Korean Bar & Seoul Bar.
