“Chung & Partners” is currently not an official law office name in Korea.  The name is used only for the purpose of a reference to the writer and its colleagues, and for the foreign persons/entities who cannot read and understand the Korean office name(Beopmubeopinsuho).  The name was first used when this blog/website was published in 2008 and is being used to maintain its online presence and familiarity with the visitors.
